How does the affiliate program work?
Simply place a link to BeerBooks.com on your web site, and you'll receive sales commissions on all purchases that result from your link. Its that simple. Becoming an affiliate is free, and it only takes a few minutes to sign up.
What kind of link will I need to put on my site?
Your link can be a simple text link or a banner ad in various sizes. Its your choice. We'll supply you with everything you need to add a text link or banner ad to your web site.

Do I have to place links on all my pages?
No. Where and how many links you place on your web site is entirely up to you. And how you integrate the links into your site is also your own decision. You may choose to make BeerBooks.com your "partner" site by adding a link entitled "Beer Books" or "Book Store" to multiple pages. Or you can simply place a single link, icon, or banner on just one page. Its your decision.
Can I link directly to specific products at BeerBooks.com?
Yes. If there is an individual product, or group of products, that will especially appeal to your web visitors, you can link directly to those products. Below is an example of just one style of product link. You can choose from several different configurations -- everything from a simple text link to a full-blown product description with picture, price, etc. It's quick and easy to set up. We'll give you the HTML you need. Just paste it into your web page, and you're done.
Does the topic of my web site have to be beer-related for me to become a BeerBooks.com Affiliate?
No. However, since our products are exclusively related to beer and brewing, affiliates whose sites are beer-related are likely to generate significantly more sales than those whose sites are not beer-related.
How much commission will I receive as an affiliate?
The standard sales commission for BeerBooks.com is 5% of all sales generated by your link. Unlike other affiliate programs, our program pays you full commission on EVERY item purchased by a referral (a customer who comes to BeerBooks.com through your link). With other affiliate programs, you only get commission on certain types of items. And, even then, the commission rate often changes depending on a variety of complicated circumstances. With the BeerBooks.com program, there is no confusing fine print. Our rule is simple: Every single item in our store (including Gift Certificates and Out-Of-Print Books) is commissionable to you at the full 5% rate. No ifs, ands or buts.
How does BeerBooks.com know which customers came from my link?
When you add a link from your web site to BeerBooks.com, the HTML of the link will contain your Affiliate ID Number. (We will provide the necessary HTML to you.) Every time someone enters our store, the Affiliate ID Number is recorded and all purchases made by that customer are automatically credited to your account. Its that simple.
How is my commission paid?
BeerBooks.com issues affiliate commissions at the end of each calendar quarter, i.e. March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st. You can choose to be paid via your PayPal account, by check, or by BeerBooks.com Gift Certificate. It's your choice.
Can I cancel my Affiliate Account at any time?
Yes. You are free to cancel your affiliate account at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.
Can I check on my sales commissions?
Yes. Use the BeerBooks.com Affiliate Manager to check your commissions, review your sales history, or make changes to your account information. All you need is your Affiliate ID Number and your Password to access your account.
